Generali Real Estate is the real-estate investment and asset-management arm of the Generali Group. It manages and develops a large European property portfolio covering offices, residential buildings, retail, logistics, hotels and mixed-use assets, with operating platforms across Southern, Western, Central and Eastern Europe and the Nordic region.

Generali Real Estate is primarily an institutional real-estate investor and asset manager rather than a conventional residential developer.
